Geneva: Sunset Views

We decided to treat ourselves with dinner at Geneva’s famous Izumi restaurant. We managed to get a late reservation thanks to the helpful staff at the Intercontinental Geneva. They recommended that we eat at 9pm so  we could enjoy the sunset. Honestly by 8pm I felt like I was dying, I was so desperate to eat. But we didn’t want to spoil our apettites so we just walked around and took photos instead. Thank goodness for gorgeous distracting views!

I literally ran across the bridge to take a photo of the rainbow on the fountain. Can you see it? So prettty!!!!

Finally, it was dinnertime. The view from the roofdeck of the Four Season at sunset alone was worth the long wait. And the food, OMG the food. No photos here cause it got dark so quickly and we were so hungry we just gobbled it all up. But definitely worth every penny. The staff there were so nice and accomodating and they didn’t judge us at all for taking a million photos of the view before sitting down to eat.

  1. Hi Jack! I’d like to ask how do you actually plan your trip? Do you resort to travel agencies or you book everything by yourself and create your own itineraries, etc? Things like that. Thank you!! ❤

    1. This trip was planned for us by the Intercontinental Geneva. But usually, we do everything on our own. Like when we went to Osaka :)
