Geneva: Pool Day

If you follow me or my sister, Kryz on social media (YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Facebook) then you’ll know that earlier this month we were lucky enough to spend a few days at the Intercontinental Geneva. If you don’t, why not? Go ahead and subscribe. I’m jackkayephoto everywhere except on Youtube (due to lack of foresight) where I am Jacklyn Kaye. And Kryz is Kryzzzie everywhere.

Go on. I’ll wait here.

Done?

Good. Welcome!

Intercontinental hotel contacted Kryz to invite her to stay for a few days and experience the “Intercontintal life”. And I got to tag along. Boy oh boy, what a life it was. Usually, when we travel we don’t spend a lot of time at the hotel. You spend your days and nights exploring a new place and return to the hotel to drop off your shopping or sleep.

But when you stay at an Intercontinental hotel, the hotel itself becomes a part of the holiday. Everything from the helpful and friendly staff, to the amazing food and world class amenities lends itself to that luxurious leisure experience. Given that we only had four days in Geneva we tried to split our time between the hotel and sightseeing evenly. But mornings spent eating delicious food and lounging by the pool really make it difficult to want to leave the premisis.

And if you’ve made it all the way to the end of this post, here’s a little something extra for you. A vlog of our trip there!
