Thanks, Alyssa :)
Amazing photos1
Thanks, V :)
Beautiful imagery. :)
Thank you, Roger :)
All are amazing. But living in Florida, I am especially intrigued by the baby manatee–I’ve never seen one in the wild.
This was as close to “in the wild” as I got. Apparently you can see them in their natural habitat in Puerto Rico!
baby manatee is so cute… just keeps swimming and swimming aaaw <3<3 ^_^
I knooooow! He was so cute!
We went to Singapore as part of our honeymoon but didn`t have a chance to go to teh zoo as we had only 3 days. We loved it! :)
Congratulations on your wedding! :)
Did someone say manatee? Better tell Conan Obrien to be on the look out. Excellent work with the photos, it must be beautiful out there. It kinda makes you feel at peace when you experience wild life doesn’t it, almost as if watching them enjoy their freedom allows you to escape from our confined lives – even if for just a moment -,o

Haha!
I don’t know how free they were but compared to a regular zoo they definitely had more space :)
Yeah I’m from N.Y. so your probably right about that one. Either way at least they are protected ;)
I believe the fish is a snakehead. I love the Aldabra tortoise photos, too!
Wow you really know your animals! Thanks for dropping by and leaving a comment :)
Wow. What wonderful photos! Thanks for sharing them. The sea cow was so cute!
Thank you for dropping by! Tips from granny, what a cute name. You’re so much more creative than I am hehe.
Those are some great photos! Yes, I know, you’ve been told already. But the last time I was in an aquarium, in Sydney, I was so tired that I had no patience for waiting for any fish to get that close to the glass. The big crocs are something else, too. Again, patience (or were you just lucky?) is probably somewhat needed to catch the gibbons doing something interesting. I mean, monkeys and such are usually doing something fun, but I tend to blink and miss it.
Anyway, I’ve been to Singapore, but not to their zoo, so I’m glad you took the time to share these photos with us! : )
Thanks, Rachel. For the croc, that was just lucky (and scary). I was leaning on the rail, turned around and there he was in all his huge glory. For the fish, that took a lot of patience. I had to be a bit of an ass for the monkey and baboon shots, copying the noises they were making until they got curious enough to come up to me and see what kind of creature I was haha!
Cool pics. When I saw the crocodile, I couldn’t help but think “Oh, oh!”
All I thought was: gah! Haha!
Hmmm. Well, as you weren’t swimming near the crocodiles’ smile.
These pictures are amazing, what zoo was this?
Singapore Zoo.
great photo collection :)
Thanks, Ricky. :)
Nice gallery of pictures.
Thanks, Dogan :)
:-)… See you…
It’s a cool zoo. I had breakfast with an Orangutan there (don’t ask) – and also saw my first polar bear. On the equator. How cool is that? Thanks for sharing your photos – great stuff.
Breakfast with an Orangutan? Sounds like fun! Thanks for dropping by. :)
Mükemmel bir kolleksiyon, bayıldım…:)

Thanks, Merceeo :)
Hey Jackyln,
Brilliant photos! Can you tell me which lens did you use to capture these shots? I am an amateur photographer and am learning my way through landscape and wildlife photography.. would be great to get some input from you :)
Keep the great work up!
For this trip I wanted to travel as light as I could with the gear so all i brought was my d90 and a 50mm. Its fast and sharp which is good but not ideal for landscape or wildlife photography. What you need is a good walking around lens, like an 18-200mm maybe. :)
That manatee is adorable! I want a manatee glove puppet now.
Haha that would be awesome :)
Hermosas imagenes…saludos
